2. Products and Availability
We specialize in fasteners, bearings, magnets, tools, and accessories. All product information, images, and prices are provided in good faith.
Availability is updated regularly, but not guaranteed in real-time. In case of stock issues, we will notify you promptly.
3. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include Estonian VAT (unless otherwise stated).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- For business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be deducted at checkout in accordance with reverse charge rules.
4. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed only via https://polt24.ee
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The contract becomes binding once we have received your full payment and confirmed the order.
5. Payment Terms
Currently, we accept only SEPA bank transfers.
- Payment instructions will be provided after checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Orders must be paid within 5 business days.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship orders to Estonia and selected EU countries.
- Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery times depend on destination and courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of accepted return.
